About the Role

SmartScale360 is looking for an Assistant Property Manager / Executive Assistant to support our U.S.-based property operations. You’ll oversee daily property management tasks and provide executive-level support to ensure smooth operations and high-quality guest experiences.

This role is ideal for candidates with short-term rental or property management experience who are proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of multiple short-term rental properties
  • Provide executive-level support to leadership, including scheduling, reporting, and correspondence
  • Coordinate property turnovers, inspections, and maintenance schedules
  • Serve as the main point of contact for guests, vendors, and internal teams
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges
  • Maintain accurate property records and generate performance reports
  • Implement processes that improve efficiency and service quality
  • Proficiently use Guesty as the main operational tool
  • Monitor inventory daily and facilitate supply ordering as needed
  • Handle guest inquiries via phone and chat
  • Manage Google reviews and update property pricing based on market trends

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of property management or short-term rental experience
  • Proficiency in using Guesty 
  • Strong English communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly proactive, self-starter, has strong attention to detail
  • Reliable remote work setup

Work-From-Home Requirements:

  • Device: Intel i5 + 8 GB RAM minimum
  • 100 Mbps internet
  • Backup device, internet, and power supply

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with U.S. short-term rental accounts
  • Proficiency with property management tools (e.g., Guesty)
  • Excel/reporting skills
