The Role:

We're looking for a Sales Assistant (Admin Assistant) to support our Head of Sales across all three of our eldercare business units. This is a remote role, ideal for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about making an impact behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales operations with scheduling, CRM management (HubSpot), and lead coordination.
  • Generate sales reports and maintain accurate pipeline data.
  • Communicate professionally with prospective clients, responding to initial inquiries.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-ups tailored to each business.
  • Help qualify leads and support in early-stage communication.
  • Coordinate internal communications and ensure smooth sales workflows.

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

  • Experience in a sales support or administrative role (remote experience a plus!).
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or eagerness to learn quickly (training provided).
  • A passion for the eldercare industry and helping families navigate senior care options.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently.
