The Role:
We're looking for a Sales Assistant (Admin Assistant) to support our Head of Sales across all three of our eldercare business units. This is a remote role, ideal for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about making an impact behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales operations with scheduling, CRM management (HubSpot), and lead coordination.
- Generate sales reports and maintain accurate pipeline data.
- Communicate professionally with prospective clients, responding to initial inquiries.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-ups tailored to each business.
- Help qualify leads and support in early-stage communication.
- Coordinate internal communications and ensure smooth sales workflows.
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
- Experience in a sales support or administrative role (remote experience a plus!).
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or eagerness to learn quickly (training provided).
- A passion for the eldercare industry and helping families navigate senior care options.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently.

Work Schedule & Benefits
