Job Overview

SmartScale360 is seeking a skilled Recruiter with proven experience in end-to-end offshore recruitment, specializing in placing Philippine-based remote professionals for US clients.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in BPO/RPO or offshore staffing environments, understands US client expectations, and thrives in high-volume, quality-driven recruitment. This is a fully remote role supporting SmartScale360’s growing client base across the United States.


Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to endorsement and onboarding of remote Philippine-based candidates.
  • Ensure candidates meet both client-specific requirements and SmartScale360 quality standards.

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management

  • Source qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Build and maintain a strong, active talent pool for recurring and future US client needs.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams and US-based clients to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines.
  • Provide clear updates on candidate progress, market availability, and recruitment challenges.

Candidate Screening & Assessment

  • Conduct initial screenings, competency-based interviews, and behavioral assessments.
  • Evaluate candidates for communication skills, cultural fit, remote readiness, and role-specific competencies.

ATS & Recruitment Tracking

  • Maintain accurate candidate records, interview notes, and recruitment status using ATS and tracking tools.
  • Ensure recruitment data is organized, up to date, and compliant with internal processes.

Process Optimization

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment workflows, sourcing strategies, and time-to-fill.
  • Contribute to the continuous refinement of SmartScale360’s recruitment SOPs and best practices.

Market & Talent Insights

  • Stay informed on PH offshore talent trends, salary benchmarks, and role availability for US clients.
  • Provide insights to leadership on hiring feasibility, talent supply, and competitive market conditions.


Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years of recruitment experience in BPO, RPO, or offshore staffing, preferably supporting US-based clients.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting Philippine-based remote talent across various roles.
  • Strong background in high-volume hiring while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and sourcing tools.
  • Excellent English communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with US stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of US job structures, remote hiring expectations, and offshore staffing dynamics.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
