Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced BPO Recruiter with a strong background in end-to-end recruitment for offshore staffing. The ideal candidate has experience in high-volume hiring, sourcing, and placing offshore talent for US-based clients, particularly in remote roles. This is a fully remote position, requiring expertise in BPO/RPO recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Handle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for remote positions.
- Talent Sourcing & Engagement: Utilize various sourcing strategies (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals) to attract top offshore talent.
- Client & Candidate Coordination: Work closely with US-based clients to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct pre-screening interviews, competency-based evaluations, and behavioral assessments.
- Database & ATS Management: Maintain an organized candidate pipeline using ATS and recruitment tracking tools.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine recruitment strategies for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Market Research: Stay updated on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring strategies in the offshore labor market.
Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of experience in BPO/RPO recruitment, preferably for a US-based staffing agency.
- Strong background in high-volume hiring and remote/offshore talent placement.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and sourcing tools.
- Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with US labor market trends, job structures, and remote hiring challenges.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
