About the Role
SmartScale360 is looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our U.S.-based clients. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent, ensuring a smooth hiring process and excellent candidate experience.

This role is perfect for candidates with recruitment or HR experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to offer acceptance
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit
  • Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand requirements
  • Schedule and conduct interviews, providing feedback to candidates and clients
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate pipelines in ATS/CRM systems
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare weekly reports on hiring progress
  • Support onboarding and ensure a seamless transition for new hires

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Familiarity with ATS, CRM, or recruitment platforms (e.g., JobAdder, Workable, Greenhouse)
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Reliable remote work setup

Work-From-Home Requirements:

  • Device: Intel i5 + 8 GB RAM minimum
  • 100 Mbps internet
  • Backup device, internet, and power supply

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with U.S.-based recruitment accounts
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Excel/reporting skills for recruitment metrics
